If you have already submitted the form successfully, no further action is needed.
If you have not yet submitted it, please make sure to complete the form by the deadline.
To continue or withdraw your enrollment for the next semester, please complete the Fall Semester Enrollment Choice Form by August 31, 2025 (Japan time).
Once the form has been submitted, no further action is required to confirm your choice.
※ If we do not receive your response by the deadline, you will be automatically enrolled in the Fall Semester.
How to Complete the Form:
1. Log in to the AOJ e-campus and enter your classroom.
2. Locate the “Fall Semester Enrollment Choice” button just below the Q&A Forum.
3. Click the button and complete the short form for the next semester.
