Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for private lesson tickets issued.
Cancellation and Rescheduling of Lessons
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be made one day(based on Japan time) before the lesson. Please contact your assigned instructor directly.
Same-Day Lesson Cancellation
On the day of your private lesson, any cancellations will result in the ticket being forfeited, regardless of the reason. If you need to cancel on the same day, please be sure to inform the instructor.
Rescheduling
Please get in touch with your assigned instructor directly to arrange a new date for rescheduling.
Lateness Policy
If you arrive late while the instructor is waiting, you can still participate in the lesson. However, there will be no extension of the lesson time for the time missed due to lateness.
Instructor's Waiting Time
On the day of your private lesson, if the student does not appear without prior notice, the instructor will wait for 5 minutes from the scheduled start time and then send a reminder to the student via email.
If there is still no communication from the student 20 minutes after the lesson was supposed to begin, the instructor will exit the ZOOM session.
