AOJ Language School Semiprivate Lesson Cancellation Policy
In Case the Minimum Number of Participants is Not Met
Semiprivate lessons may not be conducted if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, those who have already made payments will be offered the following options:
1. Refund: A full refund will be provided.
2. Switch to Another Lesson Plan: You may choose to switch to another lesson plan if desired.
*Note: If there is a price difference between the selected plan and the semiprivate lesson plan, the difference will be adjusted (additional payment or refund).

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available after semiprivate Japanese lessons have started and tickets have been issued.
Class Cancellation and Rescheduling Requests
※Representative Selection: Please appoint one representative from among the students.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Deadline: Requests for cancellation or rescheduling must be made by the day before the lesson (based on Japan time). The representative should contact the teacher directly to make the request.

Same-Day Class Cancellation
For same-day cancellations of semiprivate lessons, tickets will be forfeited regardless of the reason. Even in such cases, please make sure to inform the instructor.
Rescheduling Contact
The representative should contact the teacher directly to arrange a new schedule for the lesson.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late while the teacher is waiting, you can still participate in the lesson. However, the time lost due to tardiness will not be extended.
Instructor's Waiting Time
If participants fail to show up for a semiprivate lesson without prior notice, the teacher will wait for 5 minutes after the scheduled start time and send a reminder email.
If no contact is received within 20 minutes of the lesson’s start time, the teacher will leave the Zoom meeting, and the ticket will be forfeited.
