If you would like to learn Japanese in group or private lessons at AOJ Language School, please check each application method before applying.

Admission Information for Group Lessons

Admission qualification

16 years and over. Those who have an internet connection.

Tuition

Admission fee 0 yen
1 month 14,000 yen
2 years enrollment, total tuition fee 336,000 yen
(Included in the above amount: Live Lessons fee, Video Lessons fee, System usage fee)
You can choose to pay by subscription with PayPal every month or by bank transfer for 6 months.

Opening class

class level term Time of opening
i-class (Beginner Class) Basic Class for beginners and JLPT N5 6 months April and October every year
ro-class (Elementary Class) Basic Class for JLPT N4 Level 6 months April and October every year
ha-class (Intermediate Class) Basic Class for JLPT N3 Level 6 months April and October every year
ni-class (Upper Intermediate Class) Basic Class for JLPT N2 Level 6 months April and October every year
ho-class (Advanced Class) Basic Class for JLPT N1 Level 6 months April and October every year
*New class opening may be available earlier depending on the application numbers.
*Group Lessons are held in April and October every year. There are two semesters, a spring semester and an autumn semester.
*Admission may be possible from the middle of the semester depending on the results of the level check test and the availability of classes.

Group Lesson time

※Japan time※ Every Wednesday and Saturday 
9:00-10:30
11:00-12:30
19:30-21:00
※This is Japan time, so please be make sure the lesson time at your time zone.
※If the number of applicants for a class time is less than the minimum number to open a class, the class of that time may not be available due to circumstances.
In that case, we will assign you to the time which is closest to your preferred time.

About languages of the learning materials

The learning materials are currently available in English, Chinese, and Vietnamese.

Guide to take private Japanese lessons

Private Japanese lessons are ticket-based. Once you apply and purchase a ticket, you can start taking lessons immediately after scheduling with a teacher.
