It is strongly recommended to have watched all the video lectures as schedule before the live lecture.

The recording version for live lectures usually will be available the *next business day*.

For example,

Wednesday Live Lecture's recording will be available on Thursday.
Saturday's Live lecture recording will be available on Monday.
If Monday is Japanese holiday, Saturday's live lecture will be available on Tuesday.

🗣️ 1. Let’s take turns when speaking
When your classmates are answering a question, please give them time to think and respond without being interrupted. Everyone learns at a different pace, and having a quiet moment to speak really helps build confidence. Your kindness makes a big difference!

 

🎤 2. Please mute your microphone if your surroundings are noisy
If you're in a place with background noise, it is thoughtful to keep your mic muted during the lesson. When the teacher calls on you, you can simply unmute and join in. This helps everyone hear clearly and stay focused.

 

AOJ is a place where learners from all over the world support each other.
With your help, we can make sure every student feels safe, respected, and encouraged to speak up and enjoy Japanese learning.

🎤 2. 周囲が騒がしいときはマイクをミュートにしましょう

周りの音が気になる環境でご参加の場合は、授業中はマイクをミュートにしていただけると助かります。

先生に呼ばれたときにマイクをオンにしてお話しください。

そうすることで、すべての参加者が聞き取りやすく、集中しやすい環境が保たれます。

 

AOJは、世界中の学習者が互いに支え合いながら学ぶ場所です。

皆さんのご協力によって、すべての生徒が安心して、尊重されながら、日本語を楽しく学べる場をつくることができます。

At our school, even if you are absent from a live class, you can make up for it by watching the recording of the missed live lectures later. We have created an environment that supports your continued learning in this way. Watching the recorded lecture will be considered as attendance during the final evaluation.

 

However, please note that watching the recording will not be reflected in the attendance sheet in the system.

So even if you view the recording, your attendance record will still show “Absent.”

 

Please rest assured that during the final evaluation, the teacher will review your viewing history and count it as attendance when assessing your grade. We will ensure a fair evaluation.

当校では、ライブ授業を欠席された場合でも、後日見逃し配信（録画授業）を視聴することで学習を継続していただけるよう、環境を整えております。

ただし、見逃し配信の視聴による出席は、システム上出席簿には反映されません。
そのため、見逃し配信を視聴した場合でも、出席簿上は「欠席」と表示されますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

なお、期末評価の際には、見逃し配信の視聴履歴を確認の上、出席とみなして成績に反映いたします。公平に評価いたしますので、ご安心ください。
